Bacillus mycoides
Serratia marcescens

Gram-positive vs Gram-negative

Battlefield on Petri dish. Serratia marcescens (red colonies) besieged by Bacillus mycoides. Serratia appears to produce an anitibiotic that protects it from the invading Bacillus strain.

And the winner is (at least in this case):
bacillus and serratia
PS: many species in the genus Bacillus are important producers of antibiotics. See here.
